What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Your credit card statement will show your paymentent being made to Gebhart Enterprises, LLC for Quotation and Estimate Credit Purchase From The Woodworkers Helper.
What curreny do you accept? All of our prices are stated in U.S dollars. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your credit card will be debited the amount of funds in your currency that are equivelent to the U.S. dollar value of your purchase. In otherwords, your statement may show an amount greater or lower than the U.S. dollar amount you paid after conversion.
When can I buy credits and is there a limit to how many I can buy? After registering and logging in, you can purchase any number of credits you want. Don't purchase more than you plan on using, because they expire one year after their purchase if you don't use them.
Is this a recurring monthly charge? No, we do not charge your credit card on a recurring basis. We do not keep any of your credit information on file, meaning you will have to supply it every time you order credits. We do this for your security and protection.
Can I cancel at any time? There really is nothing to cancel. Your credits will remain available for one year after their purchase and your login information is retained indefinitely.
Can I get a refund for unused credits? We do not offer refunds for unused credits. If you are uncertain about being able to use all of your credits up in a years time frame, simply buy fewer at a time.
What does one credit get me? Each time you generate an estimate or a quotation, you will use one credit. All of the other features of the program are offered at no cost.
